Director of Compliance: Responsible for planning, directing and managing the daily compliance and internal audit functions of the agency. B.S. in Nursing required with 5 years experience or Master's degree plus 2 years experience.
Support Services Manager: TBD
Case Manager: Provide ongoing support and expertise through comprehensive assessment, planning, implementation and overall evaluation of individual patient needs; enhance the quality of patient management and satisfaction; promote continuity of care and cost effectiveness through the integrating and functions of case management, utilization review and management and discharge planning. Associate in Nursing required with 2 years experience in either a nursing home or hospital setting.
